A check list for good health, healing and happiness

Happiness cannot be travelled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed.  Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.

Happiness involves all aspects of your experiences and life situation:

Psychological health – results from beginning to follow what naturally brings fulfilment and happiness in your life, and overcoming the blocks which often lead to a loss of spirit, and a connection to what brings meaning and psychological wellbeing.

Emotional health – may be enhanced as a natural consequence of living a life that brings happiness and a sense of meaning and purpose.

Physical health –  living with greater congruence with your true self, life purpose and passion.  There is a desire to be healthy, and a deep connection to core energy driving that sense of passion and purpose.

Spiritual health – is connected with a deeper sense of service and life fulfillment.  Barriers are removed that allow you to live in alignment with your intrinsic spirituality, or in connection with the divine, or God.

Happiness at its most profound, is treasuring the very moment it arises.
